Stéphanie graduated from the Cégep de Sherbrooke’s physiotherapy program in 2015.
Passionate about movement, she decided to perfect her knowledge of exercise prescription with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Sherbrooke, which she earned in 2019, and with a specialized graduate diploma in therapeutic exercise in 2020.
Eager to help others, her compassionate and empathetic side led her towards rehabilitation and overall health. During your exercise sessions, you’ll find her preparing an adapted, personalized and motivating exercise program to help you in your rehabilitation.
