Originally from Magog, Ophélie is a long-time sports fan. She has provided care for several sports teams on the field, including the Volunteers of Cégep de Sherbrooke and the Carnicas of La Ruche secondary school. An athlete herself, she gained experience playing collegiate soccer, and it was that sport that made her choose the field of physiotherapy.
She graduated from Cégep de Sherbrooke in 2024 in physiotherapy techniques. During her career, she has developed a marked interest in musculoskeletal injuries, as well as the prevention of sports injuries.
