Alyssia completed her master’s degree in physiotherapy at the Université de Sherbrooke in 2024. Her athletic nature and her desire to help others led her to this field. An avid outdoorswoman, runner, road cyclist, swimmer, and yoga enthusiast, she’ll be happy to help you with your sports rehabilitation.

Over the course of her studies, she also developed a particular interest in perineal and pelvic rehabilitation, which led her to train in this branch of physiotherapy. With a true dedication to women’s health and well-being, she aims to offer all her clients high-quality service.
