A unique gymnasium
Our gym concept, used exclusively by our patients, adds to the physiotherapy we already offer. It allows us to ensure the effectiveness of exercise programs that we prescribe, through better implementation and follow-up exercises.
Our patients can continue their rehabilitation in our gym to enjoy our facilities and especially the supervision of a health professional at all times. This service is unique in the region and provides a safe and specialized rehabilitation before regaining full autonomy.

Preparation for your first appointment
- Proper attire
- Comfortable shoes
- Clothes that allow you to move freely during your exercises
- Bring a bottle of water
- It is best to arrive about 5 minutes early so that you can fill out the gym’s consent form before starting
- Then, wait for the therapist to pick you up at your appointment time to begin the session.
