Originally from Sherbrooke, Josef completed his master’s degree in physiotherapy at the University of Sherbrooke in 2003. His interest in sports and helping people led to his interest in this field.
His athletic background is quite diverse. Having played soccer, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee for a long time, Josef is also passionate about running, cycling, and open-air climbing. He has cycled in many countries and, in 2023, he participated in the most recent Ironman competition in Tremblant.
Now, it is with an open mind and curiosity that he turns his energies to physiotherapy.
