Originally from Sherbrooke, Catherine obtained her master’s degree in physiotherapy from the University of Sherbrooke. Her passion for a healthy and active lifestyle, her curiosity about how the body works and her love for people and for helping others led her to study physiotherapy.
Catherine participates in several sports, including powerlifting, cycling and cross-country skiing.
