Born in Hawkesbury (Ontario), Guillaume graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa in 2004 and later undertook studies of the second cycle (Master – University of Ottawa). And 3rd cycle (Ph.D. – University of Sherbrooke ) in neuroscience and pain. To improve their knowledge in the area of pain, he began in September 2010 a postdoctoral fellowship in physiotherapy at Laval University, in which he is interested in transcranial stimulation as a treatment to reduce chronic pain.

Guillaume works at the Physio Atlas clinic since October 2006 and is also a professor at the School of Rehabilitation of the University of Sherbrooke.
